Dr. Ben Eye Care Centre

After the eye checkup, they won't give you the documents. Instead they will force you to buy the spectacles in their shop, which are over priced. I bought a pair of cryzal lenses for Rs. 6000.00. They ended up scratching the lenses and the fitting was horrible. After a long argument, the agreed to replace the lenses and guess what? Again they scratched the lenses. Also I found that they don't do the fittings in house. A guy from outside delivers the glasses. This is straight out cheating the customers.

Took my mom for eye power checkup. They refused to give the new eye power values and forced us to buy their very overpriced specs. The frame had a manufacturing defect which made it wobbly in few days but they refused to fix or replace it. We ended up have quarrel. Would never recommend this hospital

I got scolded very badly for not wearing glasses.. they made me tell "i did not wear glasses because I was at home all the time" over and over again as they kept asking me like a teacher. They made me very uncomfortable to the point where I can't show my eyes normally as i got very stressed. Felt like being in the principal room for doing something wrong. And they were unable to find the right cylinder power too. Told me to come back in one month.. how will I come back? Know how to deal with customers first. Also they try to make you to buy new glasses there itself which is high priced...

Very good eye specialists. But looting the patients by selling lenses and frame in un imaginable, extortionate, sky-high prices. They are not providing the lense prescription to the patients and compelling the patients to buy in their own sky-high price opticals.

Not as expected. Took an appointment to Dr Ben Ravindran for my eye itching and right eye vision problem. 1. Firstly they didnt give me payment recipt. When i asked for it they responded, "do you want the recipt". 2.waited for 1 hour for Dr Ravindran. After 1 hour the receptionist calls my name and says, that i have to meet Dr Praveen as Dr Ben is senior and will look only if Dr Praveen cant advice. Waste of 1 hour waiting. They could have told me in the begining and i would have saved my 1 hour.

They donot give you the eye prescription after checkup and want you to buy the glasses from them

Entrance is not neat because its a parking area but inside the hospital was very neat & clean and the restroom is very neat. Treatment also Good

Everything is good...except the optical there...if we ask for glass prescription the lady in the optics behaves very rude..
