Sir, At reception attending the phone didn't give polite response and reply. when will doctor at hospital i ask.Their reply was very angry. not polite . Already I took treatment this hospital. Doctor and assistance response is very good But reception response is very very worst.

Very supportive staff from registration to Back office....
I believe the staff are pressured by management. They seem hesitant to answer and talk freely. The doctor also left while my testing was still ongoing, so a secondary doctor had to prescribe for me. This was disappointing to me.
It was evening when we went Naveen hospital there is some people inside the hospital and they seen us but behaving like nothing is happening so it's bad service
