I purchased photo grey lenses with my specs for around ₹3300 for one pair, and due to a minor issue at the bottom, I sent them in for servicing since they were under warranty. Unfortunately, the person handling the service damaged both lenses. Despite asking multiple times for a resolution, they simply keep saying they can’t do anything about it. This has been a very disappointing experience. I would recommend avoiding the Vision Care Optical at the Suchitra branch.

Hey there guys! I was in search of a great optical store. I always used to go to koti to purchase opticals. Fortunately I found this store besides my house. My requirement was computer Blu lenses. The budget I had was 3K. I got 2 pairs of spectacles for 2400/-. I'm happy with the service provided by janardan. He treats the customer so well and understands the need of the Customer. The store has great frames to select one for your need. However the eye testing is also free. There is alot of difference with the spectacles I used to purchase from koti. The products provided by this firm is great and premium. I loved it. Also saved my time from traveling from kompally to koti! Thank you vision care 🙂

Good variety of specs available with courteous and knowledgeable staff to help in selection. They have eye testing equipment to confirm optical power or any other eye problem.
