Lenskart.com at Nacharam, Hyderabad

I wanted to share my disappointing experience at the Lenskart store in Nacharam. Unfortunately, the store manager's attitude towards customers was extremely unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance, he was dismissive and even recommended that I go to other stores like Vision Care instead of helping me with my needs.This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It’s disheartening to see such behavior in a retail environment, and it has left a negative impression of the brand. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.

This store is on the main road with the good possibility of getting parking for 4 wheelers as well Coming to store, like most lenskart stores, it has a great variety of frames Eye test is also possible Coming to the main strength of this store, that is the staff. I found them very polite and at the same time good skilled We visited for a repair, and we were helped under 5 minutes.

Amazing staff. Loved the courtesy and professionalism of the staff Especially Likitha was really helpful with the eye checkup.

We came to the store to select our frames hardly there was anybody to assist then after finally choosing we were behind the staff to guide us further there was a girl and the guy without glasses busy sitting in the inner testing room chit chatting we had to call them thrice to ask for the eye testing after the fourth call they came out and informed us that we will have to come tomorrow for testing even while leaving there was not a single person to ask which frames we had selected he just told us to scan the barcode and look online this all interactions were happening with giy without the glasses I didn't ask their names as I knew they would pretend to help. We were there to buy stuff worth thounds I don't think this is the way we should be treated we even selected 4 frames. Pathetic service

The store is a good one with a reasonable variety of frames. However, what clinches the title is the service of the employees who are patient enough to show different varieties available as well the optometrist doing the eye check up. An increase in the latest collection of frames would make the store top notch 👏👏

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect frames. The selection was impressive with a wide range of styles and brands. The prices are reasonable. Overall I would recommend Lenskart to anyone looking for new spectacles

Worst experience ever. Waiting time is as high as 30 mins for simple things too. Staff shortage is the reason that they are telling to support the delay.
