Would have given negative rating if there is one. Placed an order at this store to replace my old normal lens with new lens and the store people recommend ultra thin lens which costs around rs3500. I ordered it and when they delivered the product I was not happy with it since it had same thickness as my old lens which costs around 1200. After couple of visits and explaining to multiple people in same store they initiated my refund and said they will fix my old lens to my frame. And then next day they fixed some others lens and gave it to me and tried to convince me that they are mine. Again I had to explain multiple people in the same store and show them my pics with the spectacles in my mobile. they went back and got my lenses. Bonus to that they have bent the frame and worst patch work attaching lens to frame (attached pics). I didn't had any patience to argue with any of them anymore. None felt responsible even to apologie for all of this. This entire 6 days I have been without spectacles. I don't want anyone to go through this please don't visit this store. You will also end up as me without a new spectacles damaging old one all this with 6days of torture without any glasses.

Sales Man named ASHOK is selling for higher price . The price itself says it is for 5k but they are trying to ROB me for 6k . The whole staff is robbers DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They are patient to deal with Patients. They spent good amount of time to give clarity and suggest suitable options. Mr Ashok is very caring and professional in addressing the issues.
