My current spectacles frame broke while I was at my relatives place and this store was nearby. Walked in for an urgent requirement. Store DOES NOT have Lensometer, to check my current spectacles power. This is a basic apparatus. Had to randomly undergo a computerized & manual eye checkup and it generated a power of -1.50. Ordered specs and got it delivered. I was facing headache and eye pain after wearing the newly purchased spectacles at the store. Walked in to another place where lensometer was available and came to know I have a different power lens in my broken frame. So just because the store does not have a lensometer, I had to take up a random test and was given incorrect power as compared to my existing spectacles, causing headache. What is the solution to this ?

Pathetic customer service and cheap quality priced very high. It has not even been a week since i purchased my frames already broke. When i went to them they charged 50 rupees to fix it. They made it worse i can't even wear them. Very dissapointed. i won't recommend anybody to go there. They sold 2 frames at 3000 rupees and it's not worth it. Cheap.
