I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience with Titan regarding my order of specs. The delivery is significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframe, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Despite waiting patiently, the delay extended even further without any proper communication from the company. What’s worse is the lack of clarity on the escalation process. I tried to reach out to customer service multiple times, but the responses were either vague or unhelpful. It felt like there was no proper channel to escalate the issue, and I was left in the dark about the status of my order. Adding to my frustration, the staff handling my case seemed completely inexperienced, lacking basic customer service skills. The store manager was even worse—unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed no accountability for the situation. I honestly didn’t expect such poor behavior and service from a reputable brand like Titan. The overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I regret choosing this service and sincerely hope Titan takes this feedback seriously to improve their delivery timelines, customer support, and staff training.

Very disappointing experience. I had purchased their high end frame and lenses, the frame came crooked due to which they had sent a new one. The new frame also came crooked and they blamed my facial features for that. No further replacement was made and I took that home but I had to tighten the frame width in 3-4 months and that’s when they partially melted the lenses itself. I have never seen such inexperienced and careless support, will not be purchasing from Titan again as this is definitely not worth the high price they charge.

Titan Eye+ has a wide variety of glasses, frames including RayBan. They have launched frames of 18K gold for povers of the shiny metal. Moreover they also have an eye testing facility. The personnel is trained by Sankara Nethralaya. Patient and in no hurry with your testing. What more do you require? One other interesting factor, if you have a weakness for watches, you are in the right place.💛
