Saying experience with the rude behaviour of the owner, pls don't buy anything from this shop. They said, you have a 1yr warranty in case of glasses exchange. When I went, they we're changing their words, speaking rudely. I didn't exchange my glasses, that too they didn't fit the glasses properly.

Really good experience. Got a really good frame and glasses with almost all possible featured (transition, blue ray cut off, Near plus far vision) at a very fair price and really good service from Mr Fahim. Have been using their glasses now for 3 months now.

I must say, they have the most ridiculously high priced glasses and frames.The sales people just want you to buy high-end lenses. I bought spects in the last march, and all turned out to be minorly defective.They claim lifetime warranty on frames but my frame was outright rejected saying they never had such offers!! they are big cheaters and liars.

Excellent customer service. Provide free of cost repairs for specs purchased from them. Would recommend for future purchases

Worst Opticals in the area. I got 2 crizal prevencia from here. Worst Service ever. First it took 5 days to give the first spectacles and the second one he gave on the 6th day. It was defective and had scratches all over it. I asked for correcting it. Took another 10 days to correct the same. Even after that he didn't do it properly. I had to visit him every 2 days to ask the status of the spectacles and he would say "it is in the workshop". His workshop is not even here. It is in Bangalore. He firsts the order to some shop in Tolichowki from where it is sent to Bangalore. Second Spectacle was my frame and only lens were to be changed. He even slightly cracked the frame and then had the audacity to claim that it was broken before hand . Ridiculuos service!! **Never buy from him***

Excellent Shop if you are looking for variety. They also provide great repair service for old specs. Must visit if you are planning to buy your next set of specs

Is good place to eye wear glases. all prices are average.qulaty as it is commetment.sales staff behaviour nice and good. .I prefer my colleague and family'and friends
