The worst hospital I ever seen in my life, staff is just gossiping with each other, patients are clueless where to go and what to do. Worst experience ever. Not given any eye sight number to us. Went next day again to the hospital and staff said it is our process to not give number until patient ask for it (Then how will I make glasses). you should ask for it we are not here to provide such things. How will I know the process of any hospital ? Such an useless and irresponsible hospital

My wife had come today for her cataract treatment and the entire procedure, starting from The doctor's initial consultation, Planning the surgery, Dealing with the insurance dept. (Mr. Shyaam was extremely cooperating and a thorough professional), The procedure itself and Discharge was seamless. My history with Aravind hospital goes back to 2005 and it has indeed maintained its brilliant commitment towards patients. Dr. Anil had performed the surgery and we are happy with the treatment. I will definitely recommend this hospital. Thanks to the entire team!!

Good hospital for eye treatment.. One of best doctor.. However it is bit full of. Public which common for good hospitals. I got my mother here for cataract operation..

Well i saw all the reviews before going to the hospital. To be Frank little scared. But I had a pleasant experience. This is my first eye check up , i don't know how a hospital should or shouldn't be maintained. I won't say staff is very friendly and a adult don't need all those caring and pampering stuff , I won't expect that though. I had a decent conversation with junior doctor and with Dr.Namratha. Coming to the glass prescription i didn't felt any problem in collecting it from optical store on the way going out. So yeah I think it's better to avoid review here including mine and have a good consultation 😉

I tried many time in last visit to interact with provider but they are not ready listen so Is there any way to interact as a patient, because there is no one to communicates with patient at your Hyderabad Mehdipatnam branch it’s looks like they are just doing business in apron, #Naambadedarshanchote

just few minutes ago visited to the hospital for a good treatment. But in the reception the lady have don't even know how to talk..... Her behaviour 🤬..... This is not only first time ... Few days ago also same situation done with the same lady 🤬...... I have heard that the hospital provide good treatment to patients in a good and proper way but when I went I'm totally disappointed 🤬. they don't have patience to listen....don't even have manners and irritating to provide the information....
