Service here is Good. Loved the hospitality of the hospital. They also have optical shop which is of not that costly. In short loved the experience. Doctor is actually surgeon In Sarojini devi Eye Hospital .

I just called hospital contact number for appointment so the lady pick up the call and talk very eresponsible behaviour and she tell you shuld come here and wait for atleast 1.30 min for your number ther is not apointment system

I am delighted to share my experience at the Gupta Eye Care: 1. Dr. Gupta is polite, soft-spoken, and empathetic. 2. He is an expert in his field. 3. The staff at the clinic is helpful and co-operative. 4. The queue is well-managed despite the large crowd of patients. 5. There is enough space for two-wheeler parking. 6. However, I wish the in-clinic pharmacy and optical unit offered more discount.

Front desk representative named ANKIT is very rude to patients. He is very aggressive and yells. Doctor and his team to consider this as an feedback for him as his attitude is not good.

Reason for giving 1 star is juz because of the guy who call token.after taking appointment token he call only the person he knows once that reference People done with consulting with Dr. Then he will start calling token serial wise. I request Doctor to check this and correct it it should be fair for every one or else tell patients to come n sit no need to come mrng to take appointment. When someone ask him can u call according to token he replied no one come on time thats y am sending according to me what that mean when we came for appointment we got token so call according to token who ever miss there token then arrange for them. Not like people sitting with token and who ever come show his hand to you then you are sending them first. Regarding Doctor I will day he is best for eyes treatment. I want to give 5 stars just because of not following rules of appointment, I have given 1 star
