I underwent cataract surgery in the month of Mar., 2025. Operation was successful after following all the instructions of the Dr.i could see things clearly. I am very much humbled by the humility of Dr. Venkatacham,who is down to earth with all his unblemished service more than 3 decades. I need to mention Dr Sriram who shared post operative instructions clearly and answering the queries. The staff of the hospital are polite and handle patients with care. Hospital is maintained neatly. I wish the Doctors and their team all the very best in all their endeavors. I once again thank the doctor and his team.

I had a vision problem in my left eye since birth, with high number , and later devoloped a cataract . I underwent cataract operation on 25 March 25 .The surgery was a success I can read the last line on board without glasses . Earlier , I could read two lines clearly with glasses. The hospital is exceptionally clean , the staff and Doctors are warm and welcoming .Special thanks to Dr A Venkatachalam and his son A Sri Ram ~~their humility and smiles say it all !

My mother have undergone cateract operation for both eyes, she didn't even realise that she was being operated until Doctor told her. In September of 2021 I faced a problem of itching in the eyes accompanied by blurring of vision. I discussed with my brother in law , who is a cardiologist, and asked him for a reference to an ophthalmologist . He recommended Dr. Venkatachalam of Hyderabad Eye Hospital . On consultation, he suggested that both eyes had cataracts, but left eye needed immediate surgery. I got it done. The hospitals post operative followup is excellent. Subsequently, my wife also developed cateract in both eyes and we went back to Hyderabad Eye Hospital again in April 23. Her case was complicated as she had very high power problem in both eyes . The left was operated first on 5th. April 23 and after it got stabilized now on 26th. Dec'23 the right eye has also been operated. Both the surgeries were successful, and we are extremely happy with the results. I take this opportunity to thank Dr. Venkatachalam and his team for the services provided, especially the post-operative care and follow-up.

Got my father operated for cataract surgery. Being a passionate driver, he likes to go on long drives untiringly. He is no more unhappy for not being able to drive long distances. Thanks HEH !!! Cataract might be considered a simple eye operation but the humanitarian touch by the doctor is highly essential- I felt after taking my father here. Dr Venkatachalam garu is an excellent optholomic doctor. My wife cataract operation was done by him and we are very happy. The new hospital is very clean and equipped with all facilities. All the staff are cooperative. It is one of the best hospitals in Hyderabad.
