Had been getting my glasses at Titan Plus for several years. Thought I'd try Lawrence and Mayo out this time. Was pleasantly surprised by the superb customer service and extensive selection. In fact, there was a small issue few months after my glasses were made that required them to be returned to the store. Miss Hiranmayi, the manager was extremely helpful and the entire issue was handled very promptly and professionally. I'll be a loyal customer of this store and Lawrence and Mayo for the long term. Wonderful experience at this store. From the manager to the opticians, everyone is very polite, hospitable and well aware of the nuances of eyewear. I want to call out the efforts of Debolina, who is very dedicated to her work, educated about the products and how/when to use them, and really looks after her customers. They even do home calls for elderly customers. Good work!

Staff at the store are very good, patiently did all the tests needed and also suggested for Dilated test for me for accurate results. Sales person- Teja was very professional and extended all help for early delivery. Both Zeiss and Essilor brand lens and variety frames are available.
