I recently bought power glasses from a Lenskart store, and the experience was smooth. The staff was helpful, and the free eye test made the process convenient. They had a good variety of frames, and I chose one with an anti-glare bluecut lens. The pricing was reasonable, especially with the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. Delivery took a few days, and the packaging was solid. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and service.

Cool collection and absolutely nice service

Very worst experience. Got a message to collect the product and it is written clearly that if it is collected on weekdays then a surprise gift is there. I got a call at 10:38 am today to pic the product. I went to shop and asked the executive about the gift first. He said yes and processed my delivery. Upon asking about gift they said Saturday and Sunday it is not there. My child literally keep on asking about gift. This way we were cheated. This way if common people are misguided then no use. It is store responsibility to to explain the customer clearly. I was shocked that the executive also denied that I asked about gift first. Not maintaining a minimum courtesy. My child sentiment also hurted. So worst to have this experience. Thought of returning or throwing the product in store. Really shameful act. While purchasing the product they made me and my wife to rate best on online about service. The is acceptable. But while processing for gift their rules and regulations came into light. I felt very bad that the executive also denied that I asked about gift first. Giving one star also not correct.

Free eye checkups were provided at the store, the staff was very friendly and polite, wide variety of frames was available to select.

This store is good as the behaviour of the staff was good n was helping the customers in selecting the right frame. He explained the features of different lenses and was very patient in doing all this. He also explained the benefits of insurance based on the billing. Finally we selected n ordered the glasses. The store is very well maintained and has good collection too. Overall experience was a satisfying one.

Great products with a variety of frames and options to customise as per our need at a best price.. Amazing, humble n efficient staff who helped me and my father to find the best fit.. Happy to shop at store! Kudos to the whole Lenskart team!!
