Wonderful service and friendly staff....

Today i visited LB nagar branch..With my family went for an eyetest...as they were offering free test....we are detected with some minor sight...we were planning to buy glasses...but one of the staff, may be she was the incharge, judging us based on our appearance.. today we had a tiresome day...she thought we cannot afford....or we came just for timepass....lenskart please train ur staff, to deal every one equally or otherwise don't offer any free tests or anything...

Lenskart opened a new showroom at LB Nagar opposite Kamineni Hospital about a year ago. The space in this showroom is comparatively small, and the stock of spectacle frames or sunglasses may be less than their other big stores elsewhere in Hyderabad. There is a good arrangement for free vision check-ups by trained optometrist at the store or by visiting home, but only for people from 18 years to 59 years. They also offer the facilities for cleaning and repairing used spectacles of their customers. If customers want, sunglasses also may be made to order as per prescription power. The staff attending the customers are helpful and friendly. There is no restroom inside the store. There is a very small space for parking in front of the showroom, and they have no ramp for wheelchair access. They don't accept junk electronic items and old or broken spectacles for recycling.
