They are not at all knowledgeable.They hired bunch of teens who doesnt even answer properly there is no experienced person who can help customers .They are too hopeless and lazy .They deliver new products next day but when it has some issue it takes 5 days and they dont care about that

The place really comes with decent collections of sunglasses. And plus the staffs are really patient and helpful. If you’re close by and looking for sunglasses, do give a try.

Deserves no star, they are not able to do event simple adjustments in a glass. The shop person has no knowledge just uses his handles to flex the glasses. They didn’t take any measurements of the face even befor taking order. Very very bad experience

Eye test was done at Lenskart using Remote optometry eye test. It was pretty fast and helpful service. The remote team has good command over the subject. In-store staff and very helpful too
