Optorium Opticals in Gachibowli - Best Optical Store

I am a very old customer at OPTORIUM Gachibowli from 2014 onwards. My experience has always been wonderful there. I would like to mention specially the name of Mr. Prasanth one of your very old staff members there. His professionalism and dedication to handling customers is wonderful. I have been dealing with him for all these years and happy to note the wonderful work being done by him.

Really great experience here. They have a lot of options in glasses and can repair too. I got my glasses fixed here and it was done in just 10 mins. The staff is very polite and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to buy to get your specs fixed.

I have come for my spectacles repair and they have fixed it instantly. Me being a myopic person need spects for my daily routine and found the store helpful for my instant problems. Good service and fast process.

Frames are good. Service is so bad. We need to be behind them keep calling and the quality they promise they don’t even bother to deliver at least 10% also. Prices are too high with very down quality. Never seen such a poor quality product even in any other normal optical shops also so far
