Situated in the by lanes of Chatta Bazar, they are the wholesalers as well as retailers of opticals. You get all the brands plus all the varieties of glasses at lesser prices. Plus you can get your eyes tested at the store as well.

Don’t visit this cheap & worst store they only want to make money but thet don’t know how to speak with customers They don’t have manners, how to speak with customers. Salesman Behaviour is a very rude With customers. First time, I have visited there after going inside.First, he suggested me to take a token number to meet with Dr. And I have taken Token number and I was waiting for my turn its almost 1 hour to 2 and half hours completed till the time was watching how many persons are going inside the drs cabin And how many coming out? I am thinking that they are supporting the known customers and regular customers to meet with Dr earlier, but those are new patients The, simply waiting if we asked to staff when is my turn simply, they are telling there is a screen on the screen ur token number will come till that time you have to wait whenever token is is the changing at a time 2 to 3 members are going inside. All those three members completing there eye check up and coming out. But they are changing, only one token number. they are also three patients are there inside the doctors cabin about this information given by their staff only, but after coming that three persons, they are changing, only one token number. This is a very unacceptable worst shop, please don’t visit better to go another optical shop. & someday back, my friend Is visited in this optical shop,First they suggest you to make this type of specs that suits you then they make another one with cheap quality This guys are such a bloody liars don’t trust them they only want money Their product quality is worst than ever Even a normal vendor on the streets have a better quality of specs than this store I seriously suggest everyone not to purchase or visit to their cheap store full of inexperienced and rude staff I really hate this place They don’t even even deserve a one star

Everything is good, except the sales boys' behaviour with ladies customers is very bad, telling that inte chhote chhote surataw pe itne bade bade glasses penrai, this is none of their bussines, paisa unka, choice unki, then who the hell is that person says this to the customers. Management should focus on their sales team and train them.

Ordered from Canada. My prescription was very high power & complex. The sales person advising & suggesting me over the phone had excellent product knowledge & provided great service. Prices were reasonable & frames & lenses were of good quality. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
