I urge the management to address this issue and improve their customer service, as it reflects poorly on the clinic's reputation."

The worst Doctor which I have seen till date. He doesn't have the basic etiquette that a doctor needs to possess. He is so commercial, that without even seeing the reports, he jumps into commercial things on the cost of the operation. Irrespective of the severity of the issue. He does not have any patience to listen to the patient. I doubt his level of expertise, I don't recommend this doctor.

Staff is rude..no time punctuality. They only accept cash for appointment fee and other charges. If you go by car, they block the parking infront of the hospital and ask you to park your vehicle somewhere. No parking available there . paitients have to wait 10days to get doctor appointment as dictor works somewhere and he visits this place in evening hours. very tedious process and unethical CASH transactions. Not even agree to accept phonepay,gpay,paytm etc.,

The Receptionist RADHIKA is the worst person in the hospital.she has a huge attitude and very rude behaviour. I tried calling for my appointment status but never lifted my calls and when I directly went to hospital and asked. Then she is like "i recieve all calls except yours I don't know why" you can never expect 0.001% respect from her. Reception is not the best place for her.she need to shift the department to hospital sanitary maintenance as cleaning labour. But Dr.sree kumar Reddy garu is the best doctor with 36yrs of experience.I only visit there because of him. I am visiting there from 2007 to till date.

1. Arrogant Receptionist (Not attentive to provide appointments) 2. Appointment system pathetic and least responsive staff 3. No link between the Appointments made and Time the Dr. Shows up to you (Don't know why Appointment system is kept) 4. Even though you show up at Hospital at Right date, if you miss the right time, Dr. Sree kumar reddy (the least patient guy on earth) often scolds patients 5. Arrogant Doctor (Dr.Sree kumar reddy), who doesn't deserve the Respect even a RMP deserves 6. If you miss the time of appointment, Don't worry...Doctor will treat you (with his scolds) 7. Pharmacy is available, but Medicines are not available 8. Road side Parking available, but limited to TWO cars 9. Despite all the above Negatives, don't think his (Sree kumar reddy) treatment is well.... Extremely Pathetic treatment. 10. Last but not least, once you visit this hospital, you will definitely change your mind to not to Visit Again Worstttttt Doctor ever met!!

Hi iam Dr kiran, my self ,my wife and kid went for routine eye checkup with Dr Sri Kumar Reddy garu , doctor always receive with smile and gives proper instructions for maintain the good eye health. Very nice doctor.

The Receptionist madam is the worst person in the hospital.she has a huge attitude and very rude behaviour. In emergency she should behave in a good manner . Please change the receptionist for better impress on hospital.

My wife went there at 5pm. Reception was cordial, explanation good. Doctor who was available was a Child squint specialist, (don't remember his name) took good care. Everything was cordial and professional approach. Felt very happy. The only additional wish if the Doctor's handwriting only little more clearer!!
