Today I got treatment from this hospital. First of all I would like to say the ambience of the hospital. It is really nice and looks like a well furnished home. All the staff I met were really cool and friendly. Treatment is good and the cost of the treatment also reasonable. I recommend this hospital for better treatment at affordable price.

I had extreme irritation in my eye because of some dust particles entering my eye and I went to remove the same but unfortunately they did not listen to me nor tried to listen. All they asked was what was my screen time? Even when I am saying something entered my eyes. They said I have an infection but prescribed me an antihistamine solution for allergy and a lubricant. When I tried that solution I got extreme headache and eye ache and had wash it off immediately. Next day, I went to a different hospital and there they removed the dust and I was finally relieved. Coming here was very waste of money and time for me.

Mr. Narasimha had attended me and my friend Mr Ramanatham who purchased new glasses. His service are excellent. He had explained in detail. I have placed glasses in my frame where as my friend Mr Ramanadham had ordered new glass set. Both the orders have been delivered as promised by him. We are happy with the service rendered by Mr Narsimha. The reception and services are appreciable. Ambiance is very good

To start with this clinic is not a commercial hospital... staff is very friendly and have explained all the points very clearly.. treatment was very comfortable and would suggest this place to anyone and everyone !! Thanks Refracto !!
