Dr B. Venkateswar Rao is the best squint surgeon in India. He is awesome person and respect each one and treet with very friendly and care. Everyone definitely like his behaviour and ofcourse his treatment. Blindly go with his for surgery. There are few negative points with his staff but all those are minor. Enough car parking. Added pics of those.

Dear doctor please change your staff or atleast train your staff. Doctor is so down to earth and provides excellent treatment. But the staff are so arrogant and unresponsive. I think it's high time that the doctor changes his staff, otherwise it's very hard to visit the doctor. They don't attend the calls for days, in case they attend they give u vague responses. The overall experience of the staff is worst.

Best doctor. I have been visiting to this doctor 14 years . The best squit doctor. Very friendly and very patient in diagnosing the problem. Highly recommended doctor.

Very very good and good staff

The junior doctor who is examining the patient initially is a worst guy and shows anger on the Kid unnecessarily. He is arrogant and he himself saying that his examination results are not correct since the Kid is not following his rules. Then what is the point of going to this stupid hospital. They are very hurry in handling more patients and not even spending more than 4 or 5 min with anyone. And unrelatedly talking one research point (only one) to create an impression that they are very advanced in their field. Charging Rs.800 for this kind of treatment is absolutely waste of money and time. The main doctor behavior is good, that is the only good thing.

Doctor is So Good and explain the issues and precautions very clearly by putting more time with patient parents. Worst front office staff and they are bit arrogant. This needs to improved and junior doctor who is examining the patient and preparing the report is not that much responsive. Also some time he will show angry on childs/Kids. Try to understand child/Kids are small and they are not upto your level to understand the things . Handle the patients(especially Kids/Child) softly..

Dr. B. Venkateswar Rao garu is a well know eye doctors in Hyderabad. He treats each and every patient with utmost care. I was treated in a good way. So, it left a good impression on the doctor. [Coming to the office staff, the people who used to work are very careless and quite rude]. But now, the new staff are appointed to the front office. They are very good at handling patients appointments, reports and queries etc.
