I had a very bad experience with this hospital this week.My daughter met the doctor Harsha sir,who recommended Femto Lasik surgery. As she is an mnc employee and is having company insurance, she thought of pursuing it.Her power was 3.25 but the staff gave us full assurance that they will get us 90/ insurance amount. They completed all tests and gave us time for surgery. When we asked them about the insurance they insisted us to pay 50,000 as security amount and go Ahead of the surgery and once insurance claim comes,they will refund the amount. When we crossed checked with the insurance company, they informed us that we are not eligible for any claim as my daughters number is very less.if I would have paid the security deposit and the whole amount have to be paid by me only. Don't believe them they have fraudulent intentions

I was very confused and dicey about going with any kind of laser surgery for glasses I was wearing since 10 years, I was scrolling insta one day and came through smartvision ad, after reaching out to them got a really good response. The team assisted me through appointments, staff in hospital helped me with evaluation and everything was very smooth with minimal waiting time, I went through contours prk surgery, the payment went through insurance by help of the team. All and all very happy with the service.
