I recently visited Smartvision Eye Hospitals-Gachibowli, for my mother’s cataract surgery. My mother (Diabetic) & I was very worried & tensed about the surgery. But Dr. Prahamsa Mam & Dr. Harsha Sir explained in detail about surgery process and make us comfortable and confident. Also a big thanks to the hospital staff, especially Akshita and the Front Office Team, were friendly and efficient, made the process (insurance, follow up checkups) smooth from start to finish. I liked most is, doctors thoroughly examined and then suggested the right lens to my mother. Thank you again for making a seamless and pleasant experience for us in this process. While the hospital has been promoted well, my experience did not fully meet those expectations. The air conditioning was not operational, and I felt the staff could be more professional. The doctors, although capable, seemed a bit less experienced. I believe visiting the Srinagar branch might be a better option for a more comfortable experience.

This is my second visit to Smartvision for cataract surgery, and once again, I am impressed with their high standards of care. The hospital strictly adheres to all necessary surgical protocols, ensuring a safe and seamless experience. The doctors and staff are not only highly skilled but also exceptionally courteous, providing excellent care from start to finish. I also appreciate their transparency in explaining the pricing and other details, which adds to the trust and confidence in their services.

I underwent cataract surgery for my both eyes, Dr. Harshavardhan Reddy garu did the surgery very professionally, smoothly and painless. Now my two eyes are perfect and I am thankful to Dr. Harshavardhan Reddy sir and Dr. Prashansa madam. And I am also thankful to the councilor Akshita madam, Technical and all supporting staff for their hospitality and friendly nature. The Hospital equipped with latest technology and procedures.

Consulted Dr.Harshavardhan Reddy garu for my Mother’s cataract surgery for both the eyes. We went for multifocal lens suggested by dr.harsha garu. He treated very well and Very happy with the results. The staff and the process is very smooth.

We had Cataract surgery for both the eyes and the treatment is good and we are highly satisfied. Doctors are very professional and treat with great humanity & perfection. Hospital is hygienic , clean and the support staff are helpful, friendly and very cooperative.
