Apart from sales, you are an amazing man. Let me explain. I brought a Tommy Hilfiger frame to GKB opticals, and it broke without anyone's help. When I went to concerned opticals to claim my warranty, they just ran away and told me it wouldn't be covered. I came to your shop in search of a new frame, and I casually told you about the same incident with no hope.
