One of the best ophthalmologist Dr.Ravee Shankar. I had my both eyes cataract operation. Today I have come up for regular check after the 2 nd cataract was done 2 years ago. Trust is most important. So friendly and good advice. I have recommended this Doctor to all Mr friends and relatives.

Worst staff and Unprofessional behaviour. Token system is just for name sake. Even if you ask how long it is going to take one of their lady staff said “ RAAGANE PAMPINCHAALA MIMMALNI”

Worst staff behaviour. I had called in the morning at 9AM for appointment. They just noted down the name but not provided any token number. When reached hospital at 10:50 AM given 50 token number. Infront of me 51 and 54 numbers sent inside when 36 was displaying in the hall. Redicuolous staff with no proper information when asked about hi how you sent them inside when others are waiting.😠😠😠
Worst staff not booking OP SAYING INDIRECTLY TO GO ANOTHER HOSPITAL THEY DON'T CARE REGULAR PATIENTS.I CALLED TODAY MRG THEY SAID CALL AT 3 PM AGAIN SAYING THAT NO OP.
Waste of time pls don’t prefer not, as per serial num just recommendations . Doctor has no sense how much time token ppl are waiting.
