My daughter was treated for Keratoconus, she had cross linking surgery. The treatment was well planned Dr Rishi was very friendly and answered all our questions in detail. And Dr Ritu Agarwal was very patient and spoke to my daughter during her procedure, which made her calm and not so nervous. I would highly recommend going to them for laser, lasik and any cornea surgery.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at Swarup Eye Centre on January 8, 2025. I had scheduled an appointment for my 76-year-old aunty, who is diabetic, for a diabetic retinopathy screening. Despite informing the staff about her difficulty in walking and requesting an expedited process, we faced excessive delays and poor communication. After we checked in, the doctor left the clinic without acknowledging us. We were told the screening machine was shut down, and we had to wait for a technician. Despite assurances, we waited for hours, and when the doctor finally arrived, he only conducted a brief check-up, stating that we could return for screening in two months. This was unacceptable, especially since we had already paid for the service. We were not offered a refund or a rescheduled appointment, and the staff's lack of coordination and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I request either a full refund or a prompt rescheduled screening at no additional cost. Please address this issue urgently.

The doctor's are good , but the receptionists and all the staff is unprofessional.. no proper management in taking appointments. Highly disappointed.

I have been visiting swarup eye centre, chapel road branch since 4 yrs, got cataract surgery done for my both my parents, every time it was a hassle free and comfortable process, Dr.Ritu Agarwal is best for cataract surgery, the hospital front desk staff are always polite and helpful unlike other hospitals. One more important thing to mention is that, this hospital is not money minded, every service here is affordable I felt.

Had my mother cataract surgery two days ago. The surgery went good, recovery was fast and easy. Thanks to all the doctors and staff for the treatment and co operation. Specially thanks to Dr. Ritu Agarwal madam for taken care about my mother.
