Titan Eye+ at Jntu Road, Kukatpally

Visited Titan Eye today to replace my Spectacle frames since the previous ones screw fell off and the glass came loose… They have very good customer service and very genuine as I could get a new frame that exactly fitted my existing glasses (Zeiss progressive lenses) and with a price range of ₹2000/- which is very economical! Keep up the customer focus - Now I am a definite repeat customer 😊👏👌

I have been to this store recently. Wide range of spectacles collection. Staff is very courteous and understands the customer needs. I strongly recommend others to visit this store rather than ordering online. Here you can look and feel the frames. The store manager is also helpful and assists me in selecting frames and glasses. I have been to this store after I went through couple of reviews online. It has a good frame collection and the staff have organized them in a proper manner based on the price of the frames. The staff are friendly. I have done my eye test here. The optometrist was very patient and meticulous through the whole process. Even though it is free test, he has done his job perfectly. Do visit this store for specifically eye test.

Wonderful support from the staff, Tried l*** k***t earlier to just change the broken frame alone in Road no 1 kukatpally hyderabad and that guy on looking at the broken frame itself responded quickly as not available But just checked once in Titan eye+ on the way to home and got the prompt response . Have frames at all range starting from 1000 and has good quality. 👍 Good job

Titan Eye Plus is a reliable, trust worthy company, i am in association with them almost 10 years. JNTU branch was quiet super i can say. This i had very best experience. I ordered the glasses via whatsapp and told them to send it to my son who is resident in hostel far away from the city. This shop tried posting it via courier and the courier told they cannot do it, person from the shop went to courier company collected the glasses which they supplied and went directly to my son hostel which is 60+ km and directly delivered it. Hats on. Very good experience and person service minded people

The store is well maintained and has quite good collection of frames. The staff are very friendly particularly the optometrict yella naidu has tested very perfectly. I have cylindrical power also and has never experienced such accurate measurement. He was so patient and tried multiple tests like dots test, color test, and gave me correct glasses. The service of this optometrist is very friendly and cordial. Very much satisfied with the prompt customer service of this store. Must visit particularly for eye power check up.

Had an amazing experience here, staff are so friendly and amazing. There are wide variety of frames. Cool ambience. This is my first preference :)
