I bought glasses from Shaikpet Titan eye eight months back. Today visited same showroom for some adjustment but Mr. Rangraj told that technician not available today. I told just need to fix loose issue. He then told if it falls automatically then only it's loose else it's ok. He simply refused to check and fix the issue. After argument he did wrong adjustment and made it worst. Very very poor service support. Vision express is way better than Titan eye.
I took sometime to select but patience and support of Mr Raashid in narrowing down for selection was excellent. I have seen very few dedicative staff as him.
No wonder this place has very high rating. I would specifically mention about the curtesy of the staff here. They went above and beyond their duty to support me.
