Nice facility. Very convenient location. As the place is new there seem to be minor issues with elevators and parking. I feel things get smoother by the time. Coming to dr K.Ratan, who I feel very experienced and has lot of experience. He is approachable and easy to converse, based on my experience. I will definitely recommend him.

The hospital staff was equally commendable, especially Aruna garu was really helpful in guiding the whole insurance coverage process—super professional, kind, and attentive to every need. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and maintained a high standard of hygiene, which further added to my confidence in the treatment. My recovery has been progressing well, thanks to the excellent care and guidance provided. "The staff counselor, Pallavi, displays unprofessional behavior and appears overly focused on monetary aspects. There is a lack of proper time management, follow-up, and patience when interacting with the pharmacy staff. It gives the impression that financial gains take precedence, reminiscent of plot elements from the movie *Tagore*. The hospital, as a whole, seems poorly organized and undisciplined. I strongly recommend avoiding this hospital for surgeries or medical procedures; the American Hospital offers a far better experience. Vasan Eye Care, Chandanagar ambience is very good. Starting from Reception everything is very cordial and friendly. Preliminary testing by Testing Technicians is very methodical and systematic. Dr's checking/advice followed by Councellor's guidence is exemplary suggesting various package options was userfriendly in taking the decision. On the Day of surgery and post operative day, checks were very good and explanations by Pharmacist is also very understandable. Overall we could feel/experience the personal care taken by Vasan Eye Care.

Time management is unprofessional, asked come at 9 but attend post 2 hours, it was happened twice. Time is very precious and has to be respected. Hope, management Will review and take suitable measure on this.
