Vasan Eye Care Hospital old building

Went to get checked. Having problems with dry eyes. That lady doctor isn't interested in asking questions to properly assess. I doubt she saw more than my eyes. Its been weeks, the prescribed drug has had no impact thus far. I still have itchy, red eyes, blurriness, and unease. Don't want to return. Dear Staff, if you want to improve, urge your doctor to be more responsive and attentive. Simply prescribing isn't enough. Complete disappointment and prolonged struggle.

Pathetic service and power checking people do not have basic knowledge and lot of variation in power outside and in Vasan. Interns are taken and they have neither subject nor proper behaviour. Upon checking, corrected numbers are given. Suggest and do not go and waste of money

Wrost hospital.I have been waiting 4hrs for consultation and staff doesn’t know the process and keep on waiting for different check ups and very very slow process . Anyone want to come to this hospital please reserve your whole day. Please avoid this Vasan Eye care hospital

Visited the hospital for cataract checking. Doctors testing is satisfactory. They offered different packages for surgery. Good parking is available there. Consultantaion fee Rs.200 for two visits in 28 days. Specialty consultation Rs.300 (glaucoma, retina, cornea, etc.) Cross Consultation/ Referral fee Rs.100.

Staff is unorganised. It took 2 hours for doctor consultation. Even though doctors may be good but the staff will test our patience. Our appointment was scheduled at 10:30am but we were able to consult the doctor at 12:30pm. And again it took 1 hour for eye drops and dilution. Overall my experience was not good. There is no use of taking an appointment here. Consider dedicating 1 day of you have visit here for consultation.

The service provided was excellent. Consular Veeranagulu guided me through the entire process, thoroughly explaining the surgery. Thanks to Vasan and his team, my father's eye surgery went well.

If you are free person and have no work and want to kill time visit this place. Very worst in time management. Need to wait for 3 hours and that too you need to attend 2 days continous to get simple eye power check done. I didn’t find rude behaviour from staff but they always says 5 mins and make you wait for hours. They need to rethink about their process and rejig there way of attending to patient. If we walk into any specs we can get power check done in 10 mins but these guys took about 2 days (3 hrs each day) and provided me power of my eye sight. Never ever I am planning to visit these people.

Nice reception. I felt the service is very good.200 consultancy fee for that they will give a card so that you can visit again in the time period of month.
