I got my mother's bilateral cataract surgery done by Dr. B. Mayuri. She had done an excellent job and took great care of my mother. Coordinator Mrs. Nagalakshmi helped us by making sure that entire process was hassle free. Thanks to the Vasan team and appreciate it.

Her expertise and compassion were evident, and my mom's vision has significantly improved, as per her feedback. We are grateful for the successful procedures and the thoughtful care provided.

My father had recently undergone cataract surgery here for both eyes and I must say the service is very good and I can surely thank all the staff and doctors for their guidance and support they have given. Special mention to Radhika mam whose patience while handling patients is truly commendable . The entire staff and all the doctors here are very friendly and polite . Special mention to counsellor nagalakshmi mam for her amazing service to customers. Also , dr Mayuri madam is one of the best in the city with a lot of experience and patience . Things have gone very smoothly with these people being around at each step of the surgery .

I had done my surgery here and have to mention that the staffs are the most approachable and helpful. Dr Ravi deserves the most heartfelt thanks for helping me with my sight. Counselor kalyani and TPA Radhika were very supportive. Reception people mostly Hemalatha helped me with all the queries. I am very happy with the service I got here. Beware of this lady Kalyani, she is a complete time waste, doesn’t understand and values patient time, even though i took and appointment a day before she wasted my entire day, by telling we didn’t know how much the rush will be today, hence you have wait until 3pm I had arrived at 11am. She wasted both morning and evening as eye require recovery time from dilution She is also very keen on knowing your insurance details and would ask you deposit hefty sum as security even though you’re going cashless insurance procedures at this hospital..

I find the Vasan eye care hospital is simply superb all the staff from reception, PCP staff, are very curious and very cordinal. Dr. Mayuri Battula is very knowledgeable and explained the problem and corrective action very well. I certainly recommend all my friends and family members for any Eye problems.

Good hospital..my mother went with cataract surgery for both eyes..Kavya madam treatment very well. Staff response also pretty good..had a pleasant experience!

Ramya garu and Dr.S.P Fathima Shazia garu were very patient and understanding. It has been a wonderful experience. Dr.Fathima garu explained everything clearly. I would like to recommend Vasan in the future
