Below is my personal experience during the visit for my Mother's Cataract Surgery, I usually don't write reviews but iam soo sooo impressed with the Hospital and Ms.Sreelaxmi maam that iam here.... Iam working in Gulf for last 10+ yrs and not much aware of latest developments in Hyderabad so I did a Google and YouTube search and visited this hospital for my Mother's Cataract Surgery and I was looking for good hospital in Hyderabad. I and my Mom thank God that I found this hospital.. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service received at Win Vision Hospital, Begumpet Branch in Hyderabad. The entire team, from the reception to the doctors, were courteous, professional, and attentive. I noticed a very interesting tag line at Hospital which says, "We don't run a Hospital, we run an Institution". This is bang on target coz you do run an incredibly well maintained and ethically driven Institution dear Ms. Sreelaxmi Nimmagadda Maam. My Mom like all patients were seen by many specialists (Optometrist, Ophthalmologist, Retina Specialist, DO, and number of scans....) and best part is allll of these multiple layers of scans are part of the Process for every patient so that every detail is captured and no single item is missed before actual surgey is done. Iam seriously impressed with this awesome care which this hospital took before actually taking a decision on Surgery, Kudos to you "Win Vision" 🏆. Now coming to the core of the hospital i.e Humans/Doctors/SME's... You will see Ms. Sreelaxmi Nimmagadda maam leading the hospital with an undying and burning sensation of Sun like energy, she is a Gem, absolutely incredible and a kind soul. She is sooooo good at her work and equally very humble and honest person, Iam absolutely amazed after meeting her and seeing her how she enjoys her work... Seriously you are an inspiration dear Sreelaxmi maam. All the staff members starting from Reception to Optometrist everyone are amazing, My Mother's case was assigned to Mr. Nagarjuna (Optometrist) and he is very good at what he does with a Hyderabadi humour and kind touch. Loved you bro. Ms. Deepthi and Mr. Rathod Sir who checked for Retina and Opthalmology were amazing and very detail oriented Doctors. Them comes the charming and energetic counsellor Ms.Swati maam, who is an absolute amazing person and equally amazing at her work who guides you through the Medical Jargons like an expereinced Sailor in unknown waters.. During the Surgery Ms.Sreelaxmi Maam was soo helpful and made sure my Mom doesn't feel uncomfortable and she actually played some music in the LASIK room, which for me personally was so good to see.... She really makes her patients experience an incredible one, kudos to you maam..... The doctors were highly knowledgeable and explained my treatment options clearly. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. I am grateful for the outstanding care and would highly recommend this Hospital to anyone seeking top-notch eye care in Hyderabad. Excellent service! It was a pleasure to visit this lovely hospital! The care was flawless! The doctors are very friendly and polite. Very prompt. Didn’t have to wait for long. Definitely a place to go for any issues with the eye. The ophthalmologists are amazing!

Hospital is very good. All the staff I found to be very cooperative and ready to help. But one thing which i didn't like is rather than requesting to write a google review, they were just ordering. ( Open your phone, go to Google maps and ...... ). My saying is Boss, you are good. People will be happy to review you. Please don't order. I do recommend this hospital for all types of eye related issues.

Hi , I am John Marri, from tarnaka. Win vision is the name first I heard from my uncle when he undergone for his eye surgery . Later I personally visited the win vision when my third sister had eye surgery last year. Now I am here with my elder sister who also had a successful surgery in win vision. After observing these three surgeries from my family, what I felt about the win vision is, it is an excellent hospital to visit exclusively for eye surgery. I had my LASIK pre-operation test at Win Vision Hospital on February 5, 2024, and everything went smoothly. Based on the results, I decided to proceed with PRK surgery on February 8, performed by Dr. Deepthi. The procedure was quick and well-handled. As expected, I experienced some discomfort for the first couple of days, but it was manageable. I had three follow-up visits where I shared my concerns, and Dr. Deepthi was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the process. Now, on March 13, I am thrilled with my vision, I can even read beyond the 6/6 line! I highly recommend Win Vision Hospital and Dr. Deepthi for their expertise and excellent patient care. The hospital staff and counsellor (Sangeetha Mam) was very kind and professional, ensuring that patients felt comfortable.
