Highly impressed with service and experience provided here. I got my eyes tested with state-of-the-art equipment and the optometrist (Ms. Swetha) is highly knowledgeable and thorough with the process. Extensive frames collection as well.

I was visiting Hyderabad from the US on a brief trip, and visited the Zeiss Vision center (SpecsBunker) in Jubilee Hills to get a new pair of office progressive lenses. The team at the center were awesome and the experience was exceptional. Vikram and Swetha provided outstanding service, guiding me through various options and conducting thorough eye testing. They delivered my new progressive glasses in just two working days - at half the price I would have paid in the US. Vikram even shipped it to my local address at their own cost, sparing me a trip to the center on the day of my return travel. Superstar service. Well done Zeiss Vision Center team!

First things first - most of the reviews are written by local guides. Review: Travelled all the way from Sainikpuri for a progressive eyeglass and was appalled at the experience. No transparency about offers and discounts. No honest answers. The staff confirmed non availability of a particular frame based on the bar coding of Titan eye+. A perfect example of the bottom of customer service and salesmanship. Will share links of linkedin/instagram/X etc about detailed review. Will also be writing to the parent company to give an alternate to customers.

Extremely impressed with the service. It was a very good experience would definitely recommend to anyone is looking to get their frames done. The scanner gives a 360 degree overview. It is one of a kind equipment turned out to give a good detail of the right spectacles.

One-stop store for all your vision needs! You can even get your eyes checked here with their state-of-the-art equipment, which you won't even find in many hospitals. The best part? They will scan your entire face and customize the lenses according to your eyes. Also, they provide you all this at a competitive price with really good discounts. Rakesh is very knowledgeable about lenses and different eye types. He will analyze and recommend the perfect lenses for you. I bought the Smart Vision Pro lenses with EyeScription for my workplace and day to day life and DriveSafe lenses with EyeScription for my everyday driving and motorsport track days. The difference in vision and clarity is noticeably better compared to my previous lenses. Thank you Rakesh for providing me with the spectacular vision. If not the frame, at least get your lenses made by them, as they recommend the perfect lenses based on your vision and daily activities.

This is an amazing store. I used to purchase in lenskart until now since I liked John Jacobs frames but Lenskart frames have deteriorated in quality. I took their top end lens and even those came with yellow coating and it looks very bad when we see white tinted with yellow. Even their frames start losing colour as early as 6 months. I thought of giving this new Zeiss store a try. I met with Manasa in the store and she is extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of specs. She asked for my preferences and suggested me several matching frames and it became very easy for me to choose. Even while choosing lens, she explained every aspect of it like how they moved away from coating to injecting the material in the glass itself etc. The whole process made it very easy for me to choose. They even delivered specs. I’m very satisfied overall.
