I noticed that lenses do not meet the expected quality standards,specifically the lenses do not provide clear vision,the power given seems incorrect, the lenses have the visible scratchs and are not photo chromic ..same issue raised with concern department through visiting branch and sent mail to customer care but no one bothered

No frames are available to sale at store which doesn't make the purpose of their physical existence.
Good collection in all segments...kids, sun glasses, zero point, etc. Store is neatly maintained.. Good staff, able to explain in all aspects. They also provide a free eye test.

No one is responding for customers.. They are feeling like they are giving free check up from there money....
Liked the overall shopping experience in this new store in Karimnagar. Staff were very helpful and store has great collection of frames.
