It was an best store in karimnagar I observed other than stores. They have many frames to choose & with reasonable price. I observe good receiving & spoke very polite way to customers who are visited to this store. Best store to chooses better frames & standard & quality. I very satisfied to visit & buying a frame with reasonable price with brand & quality.

Worst service. They don’t give any importance to the customer. I have ordered spectacles and paid money. While placing the order, they have committed the delivery date after 4 days and I particularly asked them in case they are not able to deliver on 4th day, I will not give the order. They have assured me the delivery by the date I requested and simply said no on the delivery date and it takes another 2 days. I clearly told them I beed to travel on my office work still they did not care. Finally I have to cancel the order and refund is awaited. As the spectacles are essential for me without which my day to day work does not happen. They just took the issue casual and made my time wasted. Guys just avoid this store
