I recently visited the hospital with my aunt for a check-up. After examining her, the doctor said everything was fine but recommended updating her glasses and also prescribed a vitamin tablet to be taken daily. We bought 30 tablets as prescribed. For the next three days, my aunt took the vitamin tablet daily after dinner. But each time, she felt very nervous, had headaches, and experienced weakness. I immediately informed the doctor about her condition. She decided not to continue the tablets because of the side effects. However, when I asked if we could return the unused tablets, the doctor said it was against their policy. I was shocked. I told him, "You're the one who prescribed it. Now that she's facing issues and doesn’t want to continue, why can't we return the medicine?" Surprisingly, the doctor accused us of possibly trying to return duplicate medicines. I was honestly offended. I'm just a normal person—why would I do that? And these tablets were purchased directly from their hospital pharmacy. When I told him this, he simply repeated that it's their policy (maybe they are selling the same type). I found this extremely irresponsible and unprofessional coming from a doctor. I'm advising anyone visiting a hospital: buy only a sample (1–2 tablets) before purchasing a full course.

Very satisfied with the service at this eye hospital. The check up was thorough, and the waiting time was minimal. The doctor answered all my questions patiently. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

I visited this clinic for a general checkup and had a really good experience. The place was very clean and well-maintained, making it feel safe and hygienic. The staff was active, friendly, and helpful. I was consulted by Dr. Fazilath Unnisa, who was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on vision correction. The clinic is also in a convenient location with plenty of parking. Overall, a great place for a checkup!
