I got my test by Shekar Where their body language speaks everything , their dignity, discipline.... He examined and explained clearly... I am fully satisfied with their service. I prefer LENSKART...

I've been to this lenskart like 2 times in last 4 months and I'm telling you it was the worst experience ever like fr guys the first time my mom and I went there to get new specs and get eye check up done cus we had membership card and there was some offer after billing this guy tells your offer is not applicable for specs this expensive we were like ok then we'll take only two he was really irritated to explain us stuff and left us unattended he was least bothered to let us know I was really annoyed cus we waited for like 2 hours and hadn't been able to get three specs I left the store my mom got the two specs cus we wasted our whole evening and we atleast need to get those two . After that I got my specs elsewhere really far but I broke the lens after few months again my mom wanted to go this very same lenskart to just get new frame cus this lenskart is near to us but the same thing repeated he was talking to my mom , my mom was explaining him stuff but as soon as other customer entered he went to them leaving my mom in the middle of convo like why would you do that he was least bothered about this issue and didn't even care to stop and ask again when my mom was annoyed and left I really hate this store I would give it a negative review if possible
