I bought glasses and frames from KSR Eyecare Kondapur. It was a pleasant experience, as there is genuine effort in first understanding the specific needs of each of the glasses I wanted and then suggesting the right options of glasses across brands ensuring I get the best quality glasses for the planned budget. After the usage of frames for a couple of months, when there was a need to adjust the fitment of the frame it has been addressed quickly with a smile!!! Overall, a great experience!!!

Have been visiting this store for 5+ years for all my optical needs. Have always found Mr Nagaraju and his staff to be very polite, customer centric and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, I now know much more about lenses , the brands and their features. Most importantly, he takes full ownership of the spectacles even after the sale and is always prompt to help with minor corrections and repairs. Highly recommended.
