Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Kondapur, Hyderabad

I have visited this store ,placed the order and the spects they have given me are defective. They are mis aligned and I have said the same to their staff Safvan and they have temporarily fixed it and said they will fix it everytime if I come to store which is not acceptable to me , why should I receive a defective product and make rounds to the store to get it fixed again and again instead isn't it essential that the right and non defective spects be given to me , although I refused to take the delivery they were not listening and sent me with defective peice. Although the experience during placing of the order was fine but the defective peice that I have received is not acceptable. Now I have to pay full price again and get my spects done which is such a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this store to any one

The worst service I’ve ever encountered. Not a single person bothered to engage with us or address our concerns. I acknowledge that there was a rush, but they failed to offer any reassurance or an estimated time for their assistance. It was a complete waste of time, resources, and even petrol.

I visited the store today (10th Match 2025) at 11:15 am and only one employee was present at the store.I went to her for help and she asked me to wait, which I patiently did but she was much more interested in clicking pictures of the store than helping the customer even after me being the only customer at the store. Later another employee who was late to login entered, to whom she directed me and I did as said, but he was setting the system and arranging the store rather than helping the customer. The employees were very ignorant that even after waiting for 30-40 mins i wasn't given any token nor approached properly to which I had to walk out of the store. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I had to purchase from lenskart Miyapur store.

The experience was great at lenskart. The Representative Manisha was patient and she is very helpful. She made our visit special. People like her make us feel special 😃

I went for lens demo and staff is so helpful and takes time to explain everything. Overall GREAT experience!!

I did not appreciate the manner in which the store's phone response was handled. I attempted multiple times to reach your store's phone number, but it does not connect. Please refrain from providing the number if it is not operational.
