Visited Lenskart in Kondapur this January for my eye check up. Cooperative staff that guides you on their entire collection of glasses without any hustle.They launch theme based collection in their store.Like in January it was Lenskart with ISRO depicting Patriotism. Further, the eye check was done via video call of which I was not aware of. New experience. Must visit place to check out their entire collection.
I went to change my lenses for already existing frames and the team was really helpful. I got my eye checkup very quickly and my order was placed swiftly and delivered on time quickly. Overall the team is proactive in customer service. Thank you
I didn't have the option of giving 0 rating. For the kind of service they provided 1, is a big number. The staff doesn't have any knowledge in addition cannot provide proper guidance on which product to choose or not. I exchanged both of my spects and came to collect the exchanged ones only to know that they are also not fine
They don't make an effort to attend their customers. They act well to appear busy. I don't understand the problem. Looks like they give preference to looks. They attended people who are after me. Writing this review after going to the store twice yesterday and today and they weren't responding. Waste of my time and money
Got a great eye test from Mr. Jaffar who is really knowledgeable & passionate about his job. Also, I got a buy one get one offer. Would recommend this store outlet to everyone. LensKart Rocks!
Nothing positive to review. They won't even pick-up calls from customers. Need to call them multiple times or may be complaint to non existent Customer service team. Not sure how to connect to them. This store is more eager to sell and least interested in service. The most common thing is misplacing specs given for servicing or cleaning.
