Lenskart.com at Botanical Garden, Hyderabad

Don’t get mislead by the reviews here. It may be paid. This is the worst store with worst staff who are confused souls who aren’t aware about its own products and offerings. Srinivas and Azam are the worst sales folks working there so don’t event think about interacting with either of them. Truly worst customer experience at the store.

Went to Lenskart to get my one of my nose pads fixed, Vinay was there to assist me immediately and I didn’t had to pay anything. The service was quick and Vinay was very polite and professional.

After sales service is really bad. Recently I had experience my specs frame got unaligned and went there to make it aligned but staff is refusing to look at and even asking do you have any insurance for this and as I don’t have insurance he was not ready to check the specs and after telling I will mail to company about this that time he was ready to look at it. He took specs photo and uploaded it on the app and informed me that your service request has been taken within 24hrs you will get update but he didn’t keep the specs to repair and in the evening got message from lenskart that your service request has been checked and it closed without doing anything. Another part whenever you buy specs there they will force you write a good review about the store and this happens with every store

To Botanical garden branch, I had the most frustrating and disappointing experience with Lenskart delivery service to the USA. I placed an order with high hopes as the delivery was promised to be done within maximum of 5 days, but the entire process was a nightmare from starting. First off, the delivery is taking way longer than promised. I was initially told it would arrive within 5 days, but it's almost 2 weeks still the order is not shipped . The tracking information was either inaccurate or non-existent, which made it nearly impossible to get any real-time updates on my package. Next the manager is not available to pick a call and will not be available in the store as well. No one in the store attends the call on continuously calling to enquire about the order status.

Here service/quality is really bad. Recently I had experience my specs frame got unaligned(within 2 months of purchase) and went there to make it aligned but staff is refusing to look at and even complaining back for the costly specs for which i spent 4000 .please dont look at offers there and make a purchase .Its a scam to attract customer with poor quality of specs and high rates.
