He is good doctor. Spends min 20 min to 30min for each patient, conducts eye diagnosis. Clarify patients doubts..

I visited this hospital recently... they're hospitality and everything is good but I don't know why they are getting bad reviews . I will suggest this for quick response

As suggested by many the wait time is too long, they don't know what an appointment is, the staff is reckless and rude to the core and the Doctor doesn't come on time. Doctor may be good enough but considering the painful management it's not worth it. Find a better place.

The front office guy should be first taught how to deal with patients and people. He has absolutely no sense and do not know how to talk to the patients and do not respect their time nor give proper information or wait time or any information. When you are representing an office and a doctor, he is the first person people see and if he continues to be this arrogant, this doctor will soon lose the good name he has. Also we were told when called to come at 5:30 but now we are being told he will come after 7 PM. I also read other reviews of people complaining the prolonged wait times.

Doctor is good but there is no process to maintain the rush... doctor is spending too much time where he can have one opthalmologist assistant...that could have reduce too much waiting time....

Worst experience. Receptionist enlisted name and took fees. But didn't prepared the file for 1hr. 45 min. until I asked them the status. Due to there fault I lost my time unnecessarily. Still I am there and waiting for my turn even after 2hrs. Those young lads are chatting and not concentrating on their duties.

Worst service. I visited when my anti glare glasses are broke. I didn’t had site but was crossing 40yrs, so asked if progressive glasses are to be used. Doctor suggested to use progressive glasses and now I have short site.

Doctor is absolutely very good and he explains everything very well. But the biggest problem is to get to him. The staff is absolutely lethargic and don't answer you calls. Each day the doctor comes at a different time through its written everywhere that the consultating times are 10am to 1pm in the morning. This is absolutely frustrating and unprofessional approach by his staff not to take calls during morning and let the patients know the timing for that day. Dont trust this place if you have a urgent problem.
