Recently I took my mom for the visit. My mom is an elderly lady, they have to treat each and every patient with respect and patience, the doctor don't have proper command on Telugu and was getting irritated, even the staff don't have enough patience. I really felt bad how they treat the elderly people. Even they charged some procedure charge of rupees 300 just because the doctor checked my mom's eyes. I asked them why you people charging this they said every hospital will charge that procedure fee but I've never seen any hospital would charge that procedure fee. Don't consider yourself doctor's if you don't have patience and intention to serve humans.
Staff is very supportive and the doctor checkup is very good. Had my eye dryness for too long but could not able to find the reason till long. Here they found out the root cause and gave the medication. Worth visiting the hospital for any eye issues.
