Hospitality and way of treating the patients are top notch. Well-educated staff are allocated to it and one can have expensive eye check-ups or treatments at the lowest costs here and free to needy people too.

Every thing is good but we have to wait too much time approximately 6 -7 hours then we can meet main doctor they give test which is not available at that hospital we have to go another pathological lab test result comes within 2 days next visit hospital again we need to wait 3- 4 hours then doctor will meet you again they ask for some test again we need to for test outside it will take two days then again we need to visit hospital then actual treatment will be start it's too long process the hospital so far from district areas travelling also pretty hard reach hospital make sure you need to take some food.need to improve OP patients facility as soon as possible

Hi , I visited yesterday to this institute, too much time waiting for consult to main doctor .It took 4 to 6 hours time ( I come morning 10'0 clock then around 1'O clock assistant did eye checkup then on 4'10 they send us to main doctor.it took around 6 hours. Steps for consultation 1. Take addhar card and get the token . 2. After token they call serial number( token number) then go inside (untill you wait outside ) to fill the patient details by staffs and take fee 150rs ( money is collected to help poor patients ) 3. Then they give one card and one paper ( MR no. And other Patient related details) .after wait in waiting hall.they call the patient name go and do check up then after some times again they will call by name for consult to main doctor.this whole process take approximately 4 hours to 6 hours. Note : Go early to take number and take lunch box or tiffin box definitely.

I don't know all reviews are from staff of hospital or not but there is a problem in service and hospitality of staff as they speak arrogantly to patients, there is to much waiting time to meet doctors. Using connection they give preference to patients to meet doctors first, and slow work or any thing they get 1hr to get appointment listed on computer. Cleanliness hospital and around. These was to help people find whats here and to read superior staff to handle that worng things going around you.
