Outstanding Oncology Care at Citizens Hospital / AOI - Dr. Pratap Varma Penmetsa Recently, my elderly family member underwent complex oncological treatment at Citizens Hospital / American Oncology Institute under the outstanding care of Dr. Pratap and his incredible team. Dr. Pratap’s expertise, surgical skill, and compassionate approach made an immense difference. His clear communication, motivational support, and quick decision-making inspired total confidence during a critical time. When complications arose post-surgery, he and his team adapted swiftly, collaborating across specialties to provide world-class care. Special thanks to Dr. Suneel, Dr. Anuradha, Dr. Chandra Sekhar, Dr. Kalyan Chakravarti, Dr. Chainulu, and the phenomenal nursing team - Bhargavi, Rani, Vamsi, and others - for their dedication. Also grateful to Ms. Srujana (management), the physios Satya and Hemanth, and the housekeeping staff for their tireless support. Pros: Exceptional doctors, seamless multi-disciplinary collaboration, compassionate care. Cons: Facilities are a bit dated and administrative processes could be more digital- but the clinical care is absolutely world-class. Worst worst service by nurses..reckless and not knowledgeable at all.my dad got admitted few days ago.we had to complaint thrice about the vital monitor not working to the on call nurse.we asked for some wet wipes then she got very upset and started raising her voice by saying I’m not responsible ..house keeping is responsible..but when we got admitted the only way to reach out is through nurses. We asked for a swab ..she says we don’t have it. When we asked for the IV bag replacement, she said go turn it off.I will bring another one and then she comes after 45 mins and says she’s busy with 5 patients. When we ask about something regarding the purpose of the medication..she mentions only the name of the medicine..felt like she doesn’t know anything about it. I feel they are not trained properly and should learn how to behave with the people.we were in 6023b room.

Best hospital with good friendly staff. I Highly recommend this hospital to others for any kind of health related issues.

Dr.krishnamani is not only a we'll experienced and professional Oncologist, he treats the patient with utmost care and empathy based on the patient's abilities and receivptive capacities.Because of this the Oncology department of Citizens Hospital becomes special and attractive.

I visited the American Oncology Institute for my mother's breast cancer treatment. Very thankful to Dr. Krishnamani K.V. (medical oncologist), Dr. Krishnakiran (surgical oncologist), Dr. Vinetha Reddy (radiation oncologist) and each and every staff member of different departments who were involved in the treatment process. 1. Doctors and nurses were really helpful and friendly.🙂 2. Food quality was not good at all. Spicy🥵 3. The hospital staff were excellent.🙂 4. Security staff were friendly and understanding.💯 5. The hospital facility was good, and can be improved.😕 6. Treatment was excellent, but a little bit expensive, which is understandable. 7. Shout out to the staff at the international desk Syed Shabbir and Yousuf Abbas who were extremely helpful. 8. Shout out to Ravi at the finance department who helped me with my financial issues. Overall my experience at the American Oncology Institute and Citizens Speciality Hospital was good.

They did mistake in medicine bills Last one year onwards they are not responsible manner .worst situation in my life …… still they are enjoying my money very very bad. Finally how they running hospital I understood 🙏
