Worst experience..!!! I went to remove some part of the spectacles. 2 women employees have straight away denied to do the service and asked me to leave the store which was unprofessional. If they would have given me the screw driver I would have removed it myself. I had to leave the store as I couldn’t argue with them seeing their behaviour. All the way I had to go to Champapet store and get the service done. Balapur store is near to me (<5Kms), where Z Champapet store is >10kms. I will never visit this store again.. thank you for the hospitality 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

It's good. But offers should be customer friendly. Sometimes frames are sold at buy one get one free offer. But customer is interested to buy only one frame. He/she should be allowed to purchase only one frame at 50% price.
