I visited most of time for my Grandparents, Dr. Laxmi Priya Mam was took the time to explain my grandparent condition in detail, making me feel confident in the treatment plan. Also While the wait time was longer than expected, the staff was very friendly and apologetic.

I had adenoid and sinus surgery here, doctor treated me very well, additionally doctor asked me to visit for 4 weeks to check whether there is any infection inside. Overall I am happy with doctor treatment. Special thanks to all staff.

Even basic queries are met with frustration and dismissive responses. "I had a very disappointing experience. I went for an eye test, and the staff rushed through the entire process without proper care. They seemed more focused on finishing quickly rather than ensuring accurate results. Later the same day, I went to buy glasses from Lenskart, they ask me to take a eye test once again for verification to check the result are same, the results were somewhat different. This clearly shows that the staff is careless and unprofessional.
