Dr Pranathi is excellent Opthamalogy specialist. Her treatment, politeness towards the patients is excellent. I consulted Dr Pranathi Madam in 2017 for my spouse eyes problem. She has done some necessary tests n diagnosed Glaucoma problem, prescribed some medicines. Since then, my wife is regularly using medicines of Dr Pranathi madam prescription and periodically eyes tests are also being done as Glaucoma patient. My wife has undergone Catract surgery during Sep 2021 for her Right eye. Surgery is very successful. My wife Left eye Catract surgery is done recently on 06.12.2024. It is successful n presently under medication. Patient is in good condition, as surgery has done medicines are being used in addition to Glaucoma medicines. I am having full confidence on Dr Pranathi madam treatment. She is an asset to the KIMS Hospital, Sec'bad. Dr Pranathi madam assisted by Rani madam who gives guidance to the patient's attendant before n after surgery. Other staff in the eye department are also very good n polite to the patients. Three years back, one of my close relative brought to Dr Pranathi madam treatmented eye injury problem. She has done treatment to him. He recovered in two months with medication. I always refer to Dr Pranathi madam for any eyes problem. I am really very Thankful to Dr Pranathi madam for eyes treatment to many patients. Namaste Madam 🙏

My mom is a dry eyes and glaucoma patient. She has been visiting Dr. Pranathi madam from few years. She gave very good medicines which improved her dry eye problem. Initially we even went to bangalore for a second opinion but they also told that the medicines we are using are the best and asked us to continue them. So we continued visiting Dr. Pranathi madam from then. Recently, she went through cataract surgery at KIMS. It was a very pleasant experience. Starting from Rani madam for insurance support to Dr.Pranathi madam, everyone was so supportive and down to earth. Dr. Pranathi madam comforted my mom even at the operation table which my mom told me happily. She was so moved by the gesture that she told me immediately after the surgery about this. Pranathi madam was very caring and post surgery she gave us that confidence for a better life and better sight ahead. Post surgery, even the insurance issues were taken care by Rani Madam without us having to go thru any hassels. They have provided exceptional services and has left us amazed with this experience. I am obliged with this level of comfort and support provided through out the process. I couldn't have asked for more.

It is very great experience, patient friendly. My mom has sarcoidosis disease due to that she lost her vision, but doctor gave the confidence and now she is able to see everything. Best staff and the best doctor. I am seeing smile on my mother face again 😍
