Lenskart.com at Begumpet

I ordered two frames with glasses. But, On the 2nd frame, I am not Happy as the Lenskart team just given the same demo frame which i could sense not a healthy option. My requirement was new frame & was told will take 10 days, which was agreed by me. Within 24hrs., they got it ready, where in your team fixed the demo frame to my order, which I did not like at all. Lenskart can take time but do not give unhealthy solution as your make over situation option. My blind faith has made me skeptical on next time if to select your products or not.

Extremely Overpriced and Poor Service I had a terrible experience with Lenskart. They overcharged me excessively—what should have cost ₹3,000-₹4,000 ended up costing me over ₹15,000! This kind of pricing is ridiculous. Additionally, every time I go for servicing, they demand extra charges, which feels like an unnecessary money-making tactic. To make things worse, when I took my 15-year-old child for a simple eye test, they claimed their machine wasn’t ready. If you can’t even provide basic services, why keep the shop open? Extremely disappointing experience. Not recommended at all!

Took 2+ hours for couple of us to get eye test done and identify next set of glasses. The choices are good and staff is courteous. Speed up!

Worst quality, purchased aviator glasses from Lensekart, Begumpet store,afrer 1st use only one srew felldown and repaired self, after 3-4 uses lost one more srew, this is the quality of frames, customers service lady said they will give the replacement and to visit store where i was purchased, i visited store today but bad behavior and negligence response by Mr.Sudhojit at Begumpet store, taking 2-3 days just to fix srew. While taking photo of the store for review , i think staff seen, after some time they called me and repaired the glasses immediately , why this is not done at first. Thanks to Google Review.. Overall unhappy with Quality and service

Very bad experience and absolutely not customer friendly , not bothered about the customers issues but they go with why is convenient for them, miss communication between their own team and customers have to pay the price . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE .Will never again purchase from LENSKART . Lost a customer and make sure will not recommend it to others .

Lenskart Begumpet has helped me a lot by letting me purchase shades before the opening time, I had to attend a meeting and my shades broke so I went to the store and the shutter wasn’t open all the way and still they helped me purchase my shades and I was on my way…..
