Dr Prakash is the best Eye specialist ophthalmologist doctor in Hyderabad. He spends much time with patient to make sure they get the best eye care. Very friendly. He treats patients like family. Lawrence & Mayo staff is also pleasant and professional experienced staff. Manisha has taken care of me and my aunt very well in providing the best lens and service. Outstanding Team. Thank you. I recently visited Lawrence and Mayo for my specs and was genuinely impressed by the experience. The staff was incredibly patient and made sure I had all the time I needed to try on different frames, offering excellent advice along the way. They even let me try the lenses for free, which was a thoughtful touch. My specs were ready in just one day! A special thanks to Mr. Aravinder for his outstanding support. This is probably the oldest and the best of all Lawrence & Mayo outlets in the city. They obviously have a wide range of frames and lens, but it is their competent staff and their wow-some customer service that needs a special mention. They give you enough time and space to explore what’s on display and try them on, without constantly chasing you around or pressuring you to make a purchase. When I chose to get myself a pair of progressive lens, they patiently explained the pros and cons of every alternative available and helped me make a good decision. When I had an issue with the frame, they actually replaced it for free ! I’m definitely coming back here for all my future needs and would highly recommend them. I have been going to Lawrence & Mayo since 2008 and have not faced any issues with them till date. Service and delivery is prompt and smooth. Wide range of glasses selection. Dr. Arpita was very helpful with my eye checkup and guided me with any questions I had.
