Dr Is commercial and unethical, went for eye infections no QnA asked didn’t had any chance to communicate straight way he check your eyesight and Solution will be Specs, Problem was eye infection solution was given that my eyesight is not good As soon as we came out optical guy will do his work of convincing customer that you will go blind if you dont opt this🤣 Coming to medicine multivitamin was given…. Dr need to have some ethics if this work is supposed to be done like this then one day that lazy assistant will become doctor….

Excellent Optical showroom with wide variety of "Branded Products". Also their eye clinic is Top class, with reputed doctors like "Dr. Upendra Karne".

This place is best for purchasing spectacles. The quality of lenses and glasses are top class. Im visiting this store since 10 years .Dr. Upendra karne is very Humble and prescribes best Medicines.

Good doctor but prices are way too expensive here for frames. They often quote very high rates. All non branded local items. The shop has a good/decent look after renovation. You have bike parking facility, but you may not find space if you get your car. There’s only one slot available for car which is usually reserved for the doctor. Comprised eye test is done here, tokens are given on the same day or on the day before on demand basis. Bus, cabs, autos are all easily accessible. All the medicines are easily and readily available in the near by medical shops

Worst Service and Damaged Frames, until we observe & complain they don’t even check. Unbelievable lazi staff and worst service.

Got my mother checked at this store and the doctor Mr upendar karne is so quick in testing that he is not at all listening to what the patient is saying looks like he wants to get more customers. Then providing quality service. It was waste of money she was able to see far and not close things as it was not tested properly by Dr. Mr. Upendar karne. So I would say stop going to this shop who is taking time to deliver the specs like 4 days. where as in abids I can get it done with in one hour we have many good shops in Abids one such is Mercy Vision. where the customers are approached in a very polite manner and quality testing is offered for free and the specs are costing a very reasonable price. I got disappointed in Metro opticals.

Need to give -ve stars. Booked appointment for Dr. Upendra Karne, but the person who recd call didn't mentioned that Dr. Karne is not avbl and made my 7yr old to wait for 1 1/2 hour. When I asked for Dr. Karne, he didn't even mentioned the new avbl Dr name but simply said he too check well. Pathetic service.

I went to lenskart for eye checkup. I had minus power. I ordered a frame there. They(lenskart) took 2-3 days but, here I got it done within a day. There was no delay!! Delivery was quick. They even have there own fitting section.
